Professional info

 

I have worked for 34 years in water resources development in Nigeria and elsewhere in Africa providing consultancy services to governments, bilateral agencies and NGOs.

 

I took my bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at the University of Sierra Leone and Loughborough University respectively. I have been involved in groundwater development and community management of rural water supply and sanitation as well as carrying out institutional assessments and providing training and capacity development of WASH personnel.

 

I have been involved in the development of the RWSN Code of Practice for Cost Effective Borehole Drilling in several countries. For 10 years I was a director of Water Surveys UK Limited and for the past 18 years a director of Water Surveys and Resources Development Nigeria Limited.
